Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients
- Educate individuals on available health insurance options
- Guide clients through the enrollment process from start to finish
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ongoing client support
- Maintain accurate client information and follow-up communications
