All-Out Uniforms & Tees is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our production department. This position will primarily focus on DTF printing, embroidery, and apparel production, with additional responsibilities supporting general shop operations and light office/administrative tasks as needed.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with equipment, learning production processes, staying organized, and seeing a job through from start to finish.
Previous DTF or embroidery experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
Primary ResponsibilitiesDTF Printing & Production
- Operate and learn our DTF printing equipment
- Prepare and organize jobs for production
- Print DTF transfers accurately and efficiently
- Perform routine equipment cleaning and maintenance
- Monitor print quality and identify potential problems
- Keep production jobs organized and moving on schedule
Embroidery
- Learn to operate multi-head commercial embroidery equipment
- Hoop and prepare garments
- Load designs and set up embroidery jobs
- Perform thread and color changes
- Monitor machines during production
- Trim, finish, and inspect completed garments
- Assist with basic equipment cleaning and maintenance
General Apparel Production
- Heat press shirts and other apparel
- Sort, count, and organize garments
- Prepare orders for production
- Fold, bag, and package completed orders
- Perform quality-control checks
- Assist with receiving and staging incoming garments and supplies
- Keep production and work areas clean and organized
- Assist other team members as workload requires
Administrative & Shop Support
During slower production periods, this position may also assist with:
- Basic computer and data-entry tasks
- Updating job status and production information
- Organizing paperwork and work orders
- Basic inventory and order-related tasks
- Answering phones or assisting with routine customer needs after training
- Other general office or shop duties as needed

Experience in apparel decoration, embroidery, printing, manufacturing, sign production, machine operation, warehouse production, or similar hands-on work is a plus, but not required.
Physical Requirements
This is an active production position. Candidates should be comfortable:
- Standing for extended periods
- Reaching, bending, and performing repetitive production tasks
- Handling boxes and garments throughout the workday
- Lifting and moving approximately 30–40 pounds when needed
Schedule
- Approximately 30 hours per week
- Year-round position
- Regular daytime hours
- Some schedule flexibility may be required during our busiest production periods

This is not a single-task machine-operator position. We are looking for someone who can become a cross-trained member of our production team.
Your primary focus will be DTF printing and embroidery, but you'll also learn other areas of our operation and help wherever production demands require.
