Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and specialty drinks, following established recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation, including light cooking and plating of menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, kitchen stations, and service areas
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Support menu planning and suggest beverage pairings to enhance guest experience
- Serve guests efficiently with professionalism and courtesy
- Handle food and beverages responsibly, ensuring proper storage and handling procedures are followed
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or catering environments preferred
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
- Culinary experience including knife skills, meal preparation, and food presentation
- Fine dining or upscale restaurant experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of menu planning and beverage service standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Food industry background with familiarity in kitchen operations is advantageous
