JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Pick, ship and receive merchandise.
- Reconciliation of cartons received with the delivery receipt.
- Review merchandise for damages.
- Report inventory discrepancies.
- Follow-up with Team Leader on all issues preventing the completion of committed tasks.
- Ensure that merchandise is allocated properly in the bins.
- Accuracy in the pick and pack process for customer orders.
- Gather all pieces and cartons necessary for completing requests.
- Oversee that work area is kept clean and organized at all times and ensure that all team members follow the policies and procedures of Stellae.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School or GED diploma
- Computer literate
- Ability to work in a high volume, high pressure, deadline oriented environment
- Team player with strong work ethics, attention to detail and capable of following instructions
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to develop and cultivate effective work relationships in a team
- Must be proactive and exercise good judgment
- Able to bend, stoop and walk continuously and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Experience operating wave and/or forklift is a plus
- Must be proficient in English
