Outpatient Therapist – Licensed / Clinician

What You’ll Do
- Provide diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and outpatient psychotherapy
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation (CareLogic)
- Provide crisis assessment and intervention as needed
- Coordinate referrals and participate in program improvement and community outreach
- Meet productivity expectations (minimum 50% billable or 90 hours/month)
✅ Qualifications
- Independent license: LISW, LISW‑S, LPCC, or Psychologist
- OR
- Base license: LSW, LPC, or graduate‑level psychology trainee/assistant
- Strong communication, customer service, and clinical skills
- Comfortable with EHR systems and team‑based care
- Supervision provided for non‑independently licensed clinicians Benefits

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
