About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to provide expert maintenance and repair services for premium consumer products, including fitness equipment and home appliances. You will act as a key representative for our high-end clients, ensuring that every repair is performed to exact manufacturer standards to restore product functionality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities-
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical or electrical issues in treadmills, smart home gyms, massage chairs, and cooling units.

Execute complex repairs by interpreting technical manuals and schematics to ensure long-term equipment reliability.

Deliver a superior service experience by maintaining professional communication with clients throughout the repair process.

Qualifications-
Proven mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using power and hand tools.
