Experienced Bartender – Busy Waterfront Restaurant & Events
Lake Chalet is getting busier — and we're adding experienced bartenders to our team.
With continued growth in our restaurant business and a significant increase in private events and banquets, we're looking for strong bartenders who want consistent opportunities to work in a busy, high-volume environment.
Located directly on Lake Merritt, Lake Chalet offers a unique combination of restaurant bartending, high-volume weekends, private parties, weddings, corporate events, and large banquets.
We're looking for bartenders who are fast, personable, dependable, and genuinely enjoy taking care of guests.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of bartending experience preferred
- Strong cocktail, spirits, beer, and wine knowledge
- Comfortable behind a busy, high-volume bar
- Friendly and confident with guests
- Able to work quickly without sacrificing quality or hospitality
- Strong sales instincts
- Clean and organized behind the bar
- Dependable and ready to work as part of a team
- Weekend and evening availability

The Bartender We're Looking For
You know how to run a bar.
You can make great drinks, handle volume, talk to guests, sell, stay organized, and keep your composure when the bar fills up.
Most importantly, you like taking care of people.
