- Take orders for and serve all food and beverage.
- Aggressively seek and react to opportunities to sell food and beverage items.
- Have complete knowledge of the restaurant menu.
- Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties.
- Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment.
- Smile, have eye contact any greet guests immediately.
- Seat guests immediately.
- Promptly respond and resolve guest complaints.
- We are in the hospitality business, just make people feel at home.
