Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational activities and helping children with homework.
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime and classroom activities.
- Provide support in managing classroom behavior and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children by adhering to childcare protocols
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding children's progress
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in preschool, public school, college practicums, tutoring, babysitting, coaching, or preschool environments a plus
- Knowledge of classroom management and behavior management techniques
- Certification in First Aid and CPR preferred
- Ability to create a nurturing and supportive learning environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
