Once You're Running:
- $0.55–$0.70/mile — every mile counts
- 2,500–3,000 miles/week — consistent, no slow weeks
- $1,200–$1,700/week
- $62,400–$88,400/year
- Midwest & West regional lanes
- Two weeks out — two days home, every time
The Freight:
- Dry Van or Reefer
- 100% no-touch — you drive, not unload
- Live loads & drop/hook
Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 — $1,000 at 30 days, $1,000 at 90 days

To Apply You Must:
- Hold a valid CDL-A — no students, no permits
- Have completed minimum 120 hours CDL school instruction
- Be 21 or older
- Be located in or near Baytown, TX
- Have a clean driving & background record
- Pass hair follicle & urine drug test
- Complete DOT pre-employment screening
- Be registered with FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse
On the Job Every Day:
- Run OTR lanes across Midwest & West safely and professionally
- Complete pre/post trip inspections — every single day, no exceptions
- Deliver freight on time and in perfect condition
- Keep clean, accurate ELD logs
- Maintain sharp communication with dispatch and receivers at all times
