Location: Queensbury, NY
Pay: $25.00 + per hour (based on experience) + possible tips

Adirondack Moving Company LLC is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Moving Team Leader / Foreman to join our team.
ADK Moving is a fast-paced professional moving company providing both local and long-distance moving services. We are looking for a motivated, dependable leader who can take charge of a crew, provide excellent customer service, and handle the physical demands of the job.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Team Leader / Foreman, responsibilities include:
- Driving box trucks (10-foot to 26-foot box trucks)
- Leading moving crews on residential and commercial moves
- Local and out-of-state travel
- Working weekends as needed
- Packing customer belongings carefully and efficiently
- Loading and unloading furniture, boxes, and equipment
- Disassembling and reassembling furniture
- Managing job flow and directing team members on-site
- Ensuring moves are completed safely, professionally, and on schedule
- Providing exceptional customer service at every job — customer service is extremely important in this role
- Representing Adirondack Moving Company in a professional manner at all times

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (Required)
- CDL NOT required
- Must be able to repeatedly lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Experience leading a crew (Required) will ask at interview
- Moving experience: 1 year preferred
- Truck driving experience: 1 year preferred
- Packing experience: 1 year preferred
- Reliable transportation to work
