Membership Sales Consultant
We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and highly motivated Membership Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming prospective members, conducting club tours, presenting membership options, and enrolling new members into our fitness programs. You will also educate guests on our premium services, including Reformer Pilates and Glute Room memberships, helping them find the program that best fits their goals. Success in this position requires the ability to quickly learn and retain information about multiple products and services while delivering a high-energy, professional experience to every guest.
We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for helping people. The ideal candidate is coachable, competitive, and excited by performance-based earnings through commissions and bonuses. Previous sales experience is helpful but not required; we are more interested in finding someone with the right personality, motivation, and willingness to learn.
