We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing outpatient clinic team in Dublin, Ohio. This position provides direct patient care, coordinates treatment plans, supports physicians and advanced practice providers, and serves as a trusted clinical resource for patients throughout their healthcare journey.

Assess patients' physical, psychological, and emotional health using the nursing process.
Develop, implement, and communicate individualized plans of care.
Educate patients regarding diagnoses, procedures, medications, treatment plans, and test results.
Perform patient triage in person and over the telephone while providing appropriate nursing guidance.
Measure and document vital signs including height, weight, blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature.
Complete medication reconciliation and maintain accurate clinical documentation within the electronic medical record.
Administer medications safely, monitor patient responses, and document treatments and education provided.
Observe patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately to adverse reactions or complications.
Coordinate diagnostic testing, laboratory work, referrals, and follow-up care.
Perform venipuncture, process laboratory specimens, and assist with peripheral IV management as appropriate.
Monitor laboratory values and communicate recommendations related to wellness, chronic disease management, and high-risk medications.
Handle patient communications regarding appointments, prescription refills, test results, urgent concerns, inpatient admissions, and electronic patient messages according to clinic protocols.
Complete insurance authorizations, referrals, medical equipment requests, home health documentation, and other healthcare-related forms.
Assist providers during patient visits, including real-time documentation when assigned.
Promote efficient patient flow while maintaining high standards of quality care and customer service.
Maintain patient confidentiality and advocate for patient rights and dignity.
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, medical assistants, laboratory personnel, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends
