Personal Involvement Center, Inc., a renowned provider of children and family services with five decades of experience is currently seeking passionate and qualified Licensed Therapists (LMFT, LCSW, AMFT, ACSW) to join our team in our Wraparound and Full Service programs!
About the Position
This job opening is for Full-time Therapists at the Personal Involvement Center, where the successful candidate will provide individual and group therapies, create personalized treatment plans, and work with other members of the therapy team. THIS POSITION REQUIRES FIELD WORK. The required qualifications for the position include a current active licensure as a licensed therapist and a minimum of one year of experience working in mental health, residential, or outpatient services. Previous Wraparound or Full Service program experience a plus!
About You
You are an experienced and licensed therapist specializing in child, adolescent, family, adult therapies. You use evidence-based therapies such as CBT, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), DBT, or others. You have experience working with children and teens with ADHD, regulation disorders, behavioral challenges, social challenges, anxiety and mood disorders. Most importantly, you are self-motivated, compassionate, creative, and flexible.
As a Therapist at the Personal Involvement Center, you will:
- Provide individual and group therapies and parent coaching.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans and maintain documentation.
- Collaborate with other members of the therapy team.
- Collaborate with and learn from our larger interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Child Counseling, Child Development or Clinical Psychology
Current License/Registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS)
A minimum of 1 year experience in mental health, residential or outpatient services
Experience in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing treatment plans
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
