Responsibilities
- Stock shelves efficiently by loading and unloading merchandise using equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary
- Manage inventory control through accurate scanning with RF scanners and maintaining proper stock levels
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying shipments and organizing stock in the warehouse or sales floor
- Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively to maximize sales potential
- Maintain cleanliness of the store environment through regular cleaning, organizing stock areas, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about product locations and assisting shoppers as needed
- Perform heavy lifting safely during stock replenishment and organize inventory to optimize space utilization
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with inventory management systems preferred
- Ability to operate RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and stock accuracy
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, load & unload tasks, and standing for extended periods
- Experience working in retail or grocery store environments is advantageous
- Ability to follow safety procedures diligently while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $22.02 - $26.52 per hour
