We're partnering with one of the nation's leading integrated design-build firms to identify an experienced Senior Superintendent for their growing Austin, Texas team.

What You'll Be Building
The upcoming project pipeline includes major healthcare and hospitality developments—not small medical office buildings or standard select-service hotels.
We're looking for someone who has successfully delivered projects such as:
- Ground-up hospitals and major healthcare campuses
- Large acute care or specialty healthcare facilities
- Luxury hotels, destination resorts, or other high-end hospitality projects
- Complex commercial projects with significant MEP coordination, demanding schedules, and sophisticated ownership teams
This role is best suited for someone who thrives on technically challenging, high-profile work.
Responsibilities
- Lead all field operations from preconstruction through project completion.
- Drive project schedules while maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors, project management, architects, engineers, owners, and inspectors.
- Anticipate and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget.
- Mentor assistant superintendents and field personnel.
- Maintain a collaborative, solutions-oriented jobsite culture.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor.
- Proven experience leading large, ground-up commercial construction projects.
- Significant healthcare and/or luxury hospitality construction experience.
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, logistics, and complex building systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Stable employment history with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
