- Three clear experience levels with opportunities for advancement
- Junior Technician: $24.50 - $28.60 per hour (with bonuses and tips)
- Senior Technician: $26.40 - $33.85 per hour (with bonuses and tips)
- Master Technician: $29.00 - $39.13 per hour (with bonuses and tips)
- Paid, on-the-job training to excel through the levels
- Team and individual performance bonuses.
- Base pay even when not booked with appointments.
- $1,000 - $2,000 in tips that are 100% yours to keep!

Our Schedule
Our salon hours are 10am - 6pm/7pm depending on the day
Responsibilities
- Greets customers with a smile and friendly conversation while assisting them
- Provides exceptional manicures and pedicures
- Educates guests on the membership program, retail products, and rebooking
- Helps maintain our professional-grade cleaning standards
- Uses skills and knowledge to contribute to Frenchies' monthly team goals
- Brings good vibes to studio staff and clientele
Qualifications
- Licensed manicurist or cosmetologist - if you don't have this, check out SBCC in Santa Barbara or Lu Ross in Ventura.
