Assist guests with parking and retrieving their cars as they arrive and depart from the restaurant.
Greet guests within 2 minutes of arrival and departure and offer a sincere farewell to all guests.
Retrieve guests' cars within 8 minutes from request while maintaining safety and care.
Answer questions regarding restaurant hours of operations, menu items, and assist guests with any other requests as needed.
Inform all guests of parking policy and procedures as they arrive.
Safely and efficiently park and organize guest vehicles to maximize space and maintain accessibility.
Be able to multi-task between assisting guests as they arrive and depart.
Drive all vehicles with care and caution, following all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company policies.
Ensure that all guest belongings remain untouched and all vehicles are returned in the same condition as received.
Collect guest information in the handheld device, park the vehicle, record its location, store the key securely, and retrieve the vehicle using the device.
Process payments efficiently and accurately.
Report any incidents, damage, or safety concerns to management immediately.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management to support operational needs.
Report for work on time and uphold expectations for attendance, uniform, and professional conduct. Regular attendance is an essential function of this job.
