We need operators in Butte, Three Forks, Anaconda, Ennis, and Dillon. There is room to set up a camper next to stands if needed.
Responsibilities
- Operate the fireworks stand with enthusiasm, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to safety regulations
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate fireworks, providing clear instructions and safety information
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the stand to ensure a welcoming environment
- Manage guest interactions with professionalism, resolving conflicts promptly and courteously
- Support event management by coordinating with team members to ensure timely setup and breakdown of the stand
- Engage with guests by providing public speaking or demonstration when needed to enhance their experience
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests of all ages confidently
- Experience in events management or hospitality environments that require multitasking under pressure
- Conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
- Cash handling proficiency with attention to accuracy in transactions
- Background in lifeguard work or working with children is a plus for guest safety and engagement
- Public speaking abilities for demonstrations or guiding groups during festivities
- Previous experience in food service or theater can enhance guest interaction skills
