The Corporate Catering Attendant (Front of House) is the brand ambassador of Green Top Farms and the warm, welcoming face that guests look forward to seeing each day. This role is the primary point of contact for creating an exceptional guest experience, responsible for building genuine rapport with daily diners, maintaining the visual aesthetic of the dining environment, and delivering polished, professional hospitality in corporate settings.
More than any other role on our team, this person sets the tone for how guests experience Green Top Farms. A genuine smile, a warm greeting, and the ability to remember a regular’s name or preference can transform a routine lunch into something people genuinely look forward to. This role demands a high level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail, with a focus on guest connection, service execution, and maintaining the highest presentation standards.

Set up designated service areas, ensuring all surfaces are clean, sanitized, and professionally arranged

Handle event equipment with care, including countertop inductions, serving platters, utensils, and presentation supplies

Ensure all linens are clean, wrinkle-free, and properly ironed

Clean all equipment thoroughly, ensuring no smudges, stains, or water spots remain

Verify all buffet labels are legible, accurate, and professionally presented with consistent fonts and formatting
