Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and personable Bartenders and Barbacks to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take beverage orders with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards
- Operate POS systems such as Union to process cash and card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management and prioritization
- Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu innovation based on customer preferences and current trends
- Assist with food service when needed, ensuring seamless guest experiences from ordering to delivery
Experience
- Previous experience working in a bar or restaurant environment, preferably with fine dining or hospitality industry exposure
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktail mixing (mixology), and craft beer varieties
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in fast-paced settings
- Experience with beverage recipe development and understanding of food safety standards
- Skills in cash handling, retail math, basic math operations, and food handling procedures
- Knowledge of food industry best practices related to catering, food safety certifications preferred
