Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the hospitality industry and work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Assist with food preparation
- Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines
- Follow proper procedures for handling and storing food products
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Skills:
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Excellent time management skills
