Duties
- Transport food and beverages swiftly between kitchen, dining area, and storage areas to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, clearing dishes, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring the dining area remains inviting
- Operate Toast POS systems for order accuracy and efficient transaction processing
- Handle food safety protocols by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining sanitation standards
- Provide excellent guest services by responding promptly to requests and ensuring guest relations are positive at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality environments preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette to coordinate efficiently with team members and guests
