Fast-paced, high-volume real estate office is looking for a customer care coordinator/runner. The main functions conducted by this position are performing vacancy checks on properties and distributed marketing materials to homes, more specifically hanging materials on doors in specific neighborhoods throughout Lake County.
We are looking to hire immediately! Tuesday-Saturday
This full time position is 40 hrs/week during the hours of 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Tuesday - Saturday
Must have own transportation to office. Company car provided for all travel. Must have valid driver license.
Daily tasks can include any/all of the following:
·Door Hanging of Materials on homes
· Vacancy Checks on properties as required
· Marketing Materials delivered to the designated listing/property
· Cutting Keys for new listings/properties
· Helping/assisting stagers to move furniture within the homeowner’s property
· Delivering/Returning staging items to/from the listed property
· Testing and installing sentries/combination boxes on the property
· Drop off and pick up documents from different agencies
· Installing rider signs for property status (ex: Contract Pending/Sold Sign)
· Delivery of CMA’s to potential/future listings
· Picking up/shopping supplies for the office
· Last minute details or removal of seller’s belongings from properties (Special Requests)
· Maintaining/Notifying for repairs need on company cars
· Special Requested Tasks(ex: special deliveries to minor yard work or some landscaping)
· Some Handyman Skill or if better
· Minor cleaning (ex: wiping counter tops, wet mop, dusting, etc.) if needed
· Basic Computer skills for record keeping/logs, and downloading pictures
· Set up and take down Open House signage on weekends
