Consumer Support Services, Inc. is trusted in communities throughout Ohio as a provider of housing and support services to individuals with disabilities. We have a long history of empowering individuals, by working in partnership with their families or guardians, to be responsive to their loved one’s specific needs.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual for the position of Site Manager in the Cuyahoga County area.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proof of Auto Insurance
- 5 points or less on BMV record
- Must be 21 years of age
- Able to pass background requirements and drug testing
- Must have experience working with individuals with disabilities as a DSP/Team Lead
Position Description:
- Supervise DSP staff
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the service sites
- Assure services are being provided to consumers based on their ISP/IEP/IHP
- Assure compliance to CSS policies and procedures by training staff and implementing disciplinary action when necessary.
- Oversee living arrangements of consumers
- Assist with health/hygiene practices
- Prepare meals
- Provide counsel, comfort, or encouragement to individuals
- Document client behaviors
- Maintain ledgers and bookkeeping of consumers (tracking receipts, documenting expenses)
