Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Complete office and clerical record keeping.
- Complete all necessary filing.
- Perform general office cleaning.
- Provide additional various tasks.
Skills
