Job Overview
We are seeking a Property Caretaker to join our team at Glamping Idaho LLC, in Cascade, Idaho! As a Caretaker you are responsible for guest first impressions and help make a stay at the property extra special for guests.
The ideal candidate is meticulous with details, maintains a strong sense of communication, isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and able/willing to follow a checklist for 5-star turnovers every single time.
The property is a one of a kind property and a popular spot for proposals, anniversaries, birthdays, or relaxing for the weekend. Your contribution to making guest experiences great really matters!
MUST be available during Monday-Sunday from 11:30-2 PM for turnovers. A typical turnover takes approximately 2 hours and there are 2-5 turnovers per week.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained.
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming.
- Maintain cleanliness for inside the property.
- Leaving out gifts for guests as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to take and report inventory levels on a regular basis.
- Maintaining outdoor spaces (restocking firewood, fire pit area, outdoor seating)
- Report any maintenance issues.
- Keeping pathways/stairs clear of snow in the winter
- Laundry will need to be done off-site.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Reliability and good communication are a must!
- 4WD/AWD is required for winter access.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. (going up and down stairs is a requirement)
- Ability to do laundry off-site.
MUST live in the Cascade, Idaho area.
