We are looking for a reliable & motivated person to supervise and assist cleaners in multiple locations/buildings in the Raleigh-Durham area. You must have a valid driver's license. Company vehicle will be provided to travel between buildings. Bilingual is required.
Responsibilities and Duties
The duties of a Cleaning Supervisor include but are not limited to the following:
- Quality Control - regularly inspect buildings to ensure cleaning is being completed in a timely and quality manner
- Assist cleaners with daily/weekly duties
- Vacuum buildings & police grounds at certain locations
- Be a substitute cleaner when someone calls out of work
- Train new cleaners
- Provide a high level of customer service to customers
- Look for ways to improve efficiency
- Ensure supplies are properly stocked and equipment is working and maintained
- Fix equipment/vacuums when needed
- Observe all safety and security procedures
- Observe all company policies and procedures
- Communicate daily with owner/managers
- Other duties as required
Qualifications
Minimum experience, skill and physical requirements:
- Cleaning experience required
- Time management
- Detail Oriented
- Strong work ethic
- Work well with others
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work where needed and hands on
- Working knowledge of janitorial equipment (scrubbers, buffers, carpet cleaners, pressure washer, etc.)
- Floor care experience (stripping, waxing, buffing floors)
- Good driving record; Driver’s License is REQUIRED
- Bilingual is preferred
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Pass a Criminal Background Check
