Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable After-Hours Maintenance Technician to help with emergency calls during nights and weekends. You will work with our dispatch team and residents to fix small problems or assess bigger ones until full repairs can be done. You must be good at solving problems, working on your own, and giving great customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Talk with dispatch and residents to understand the issue
- Try to solve problems over the phone before going to the property
- Go to properties as needed to handle minor issues like:
- Resetting breakers
- Unclogging toilets or drains
- Lockouts
- Checking water leaks and cleaning up
- Work with dispatch and vendors when extra help is needed
- Sometimes troubleshoot or fix larger equipment (if possible)
- Be polite and helpful to residents and staff
- Keep good notes of what you did and what parts you used using your phone or tablet
What We’re Looking For
- Maintenance or repair experience
- Great communication via text, call, or in person
- Can use a phone, tablet, or computer to check jobs and enter notes
- Good at fixing things and solving problems
- Technical sales experience is a plus but not required

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
