We are seeking individuals who already possess strong all-around construction knowledge, can lead by example on job sites, and take pride in producing high-quality work.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Crew Leader, you will play a hands-on leadership role across a variety of construction projects. This position requires someone comfortable wearing multiple hats and leading by example in the field.
Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and assisting construction crews on active job sites
- Coordinating daily work assignments and maintaining workflow efficiency
- Performing and overseeing quality craftsmanship across multiple trades
- Reading and interpreting project plans, layouts, and specifications
- Communicating professionally with supervisors, coworkers, subcontractors, and clients
- Ensuring projects remain on schedule and meet quality expectations
- Maintaining safe and organized job sites
- Assisting with problem-solving and decision-making in the field
- Training and mentoring less experienced crew members when necessary
- Operating tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Required Experience & Skills
We are specifically seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on construction experience and strong knowledge across multiple trades.
Qualified candidates should have experience in:
- Drywall installation and finishing
- Rough and finish carpentry
- Painting
- Concrete work
- Masonry
- Flooring installation
- Basic/light electrical work
- General remodeling and construction practices
Candidates MUST:
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Be reliable and consistently on time
- Be respectful and professional with coworkers and customers
- Be comfortable working at heights
- Be capable of lifting 40+ pounds regularly
- Possess strong work ethic and personal accountability
- Be capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Be able to adapt to changing job site conditions and project demands

Schedule & Work Environment
- Primarily Monday through Friday
- Day shift schedule
- 8-hour and 10-hour shifts may be required depending on project needs
- Occasional 12-hour shifts possible during high-demand periods
- Weekend work may be required as needed
- Training hours are fully paid
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation:
- $25–$40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
- Bonus opportunities available
- Commission/incentive opportunities may be available based on project performance
