Seeking someone with outstanding math and communication skills to fill our Billing Coordinator position in our Orlando, FL office. Must be self-driven, energetic, organized, and responsible.

Job Description:
· Accurately invoice clients for products and services.
· Update billing accounts that include client payments.
· Manage and update company information on vendor portals.
· Request and maintain certificates of insurance and other required client documents.
· Process expense reports.
· Assist with travel bookings, log and maintain travel receipts/records.
· Review, process timesheets for management approval.
· Assist Managers and employees with administrative tasks.
· Cross training and back-up for administrative support.
· Perform additional assignments as requested.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum of five years’ experience in a busy office environment.
· Strong communication, mathematics, administrative, organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills. Task prioritization is a must.
· Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers and employees in a pleasant, courteous, and professional manner.
· Problem-solving skills.
· Integrity and trustworthiness.
· Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint.
· Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly, and approximately 50 lbs. with 2-wheel dolly occasionally.
· Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
· Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus.
Experience with Ariba, Avetta, ISN is a plus.
