Production Team Member Position Summary
At Fat American Manufacturing (FAM), we're not looking for people with years of experience—we're looking for people who are curious, dependable, and eager to learn.
As a Production Team Member, you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of manufacturing areas including powder coating, packaging, laser cutting, and machine operation. No two days are exactly the same. We provide the training; you bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to grow.

What You'll Do
Depending on business needs and your development path, you may:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
- Assist with laser cutting operations
- Support powder coating preparation and finishing processes
- Package products for shipment with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Perform basic quality inspections
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow standard work instructions and safety procedures
- Work with team members to improve processes and eliminate waste
- Learn new skills and cross-train in multiple departments

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
