The Maltbia Agency is a fast-growing insurance agency focused on helping customers obtain auto, home, business, and life insurance. We provide high-quality inbound leads, proven sales systems, and ongoing training so our agents can focus on one thing: closing business and making money.
What You’ll Do
- Contact warm leads who have requested insurance quotes
- Quote and bind auto, home, business, and renters policies
- Follow up with new and existing leads in our CRM
- Hit daily activity goals and monthly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Work collaboratively with the whole team to maximize performance
What We’re Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Proven sales mindset – you love to compete, win, and get paid
- Strong phone presence and closing skills
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely
- Coachable and open to feedback and improvement
