We are seeking caring and dependable Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide non-skilled home care services throughout Osceola County, including:
- Kissimmee
- St. Cloud (including ZIP codes 34769, 34771, 34772)
- Poinciana (including ZIP codes 34758, 34759)
- Buena Ventura Lakes (BVL)
- Celebration
- Surrounding Osceola County areas
This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and enjoys helping patients remain safe and comfortable in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Light housekeeping and home support
- Meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Mobility assistance and transfers
- Companionship and patient safety monitoring
- Reporting changes in patient condition to the clinical team
Qualifications
- HHA Certified
- Ability to follow care plans and agency guidelines
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Spanish-speaking applicants are welcome to apply.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
- CPR certification required
