Welcome customers and serve as their trusted point of contact throughout the service process
Listen to customer concerns and recommend maintenance and repair services based on Hyundai guidelines
Clearly explain service options, timelines, and costs
Maintain proactive communication to ensure an outstanding customer experience
Work closely with technicians and service management to keep repairs moving efficiently
Build lasting customer relationships that drive satisfaction and loyalty
Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
Knowledge of Hyundai products and services strongly preferred
Positive, professional, customer-first attitude
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Valid driver’s license
