Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Lead Childcare Teachers to inspire and nurture the young minds in our early childhood education program. In this vital role, you will lead classroom activities, develop engaging curricula, and foster a safe, supportive environment where children can thrive. Qualifications:
- 6 months of experience working in a licensed facility with children 6 weeks to 12 years of age.
- GED or High School Diploma
- Have or be able to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and interact with children in a safe and compassionate manner
- Implement creative activities to assist with child development
- Create a positive and nurturing environment for children
- Passionate about working with children
- Ability to build rapport with children and their parents
- Positive and patient demeanor
Pay: $15.25 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
