We're seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney who wants to build a long-term career with a growing California defense firm.
What You'll Do
- Manage your own workers' compensation defense caseload from inception through resolution.
- Take and defend depositions, appear at MSCs, lien conferences, hearings, and trials.
- Provide strategic advice and litigation guidance to employers, insurance carriers, and TPAs.
- Negotiate favorable settlements and litigate cases when necessary.
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys and support staff in a team-oriented environment.
- Build strong client relationships through responsive communication and practical legal solutions.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of California workers' compensation defense experience.
- Active California Bar license and good standing.
- Strong knowledge of California workers' compensation law and WCAB procedures.
- Excellent deposition, negotiation, and litigation skills.
- Ability to independently manage a caseload while working collaboratively with colleagues.
- Strong written advocacy and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and case-management abilities.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year
