About the Role
A Klean Place LLC is seeking dependable and hardworking Residential/Commercial Cleaners to join our growing team in Fargo, ND. This role is essential to helping us maintain the high standards our clients expect. Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleanings of residential and commercial spaces, following company standards.
- Remove trash and old furniture from job sites (heavy lifting required).
- Squat, scrub, and stand for extended periods as part of deep cleaning duties.
- Work in environments that may include bugs or other less-than-ideal conditions.
- Maintain company-provided cleaning supplies and tools responsibly.
- Communicate professionally with property managers or clients (e.g., retrieving keys, confirming job details).
- Drive to multiple job sites throughout the day as needed.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle.
- Ability to work between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Comfortable with physical labor, including lifting, squatting, and working on your feet for hours.
- Flexible with hours, including slow work weeks or schedule changes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior cleaning experience (residential or commercial) is a plus, but not required.
