We are a busy boutique immigration law firm in New York City, specializing in a wide range of immigration matters, including L, H, R, TN, O, P, E-1/2 visas, PERM, EB-1, EB-2/3, and family-based cases. We are committed to providing top-notch legal services to our clients and are looking for a dedicated and experienced paralegal to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary:
We seek an experienced immigration paralegal who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in immigration law and be prepared to manage a high volume of cases. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a rewarding long-term position within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Manage a high volume of client communications, ensuring inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly, professionally, and effectively.
Evidence Collection & Analysis: Gather, organize, and analyze evidence to support immigration applications and petitions.
Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support attorneys in case preparation, analysis, and strategy.
Government Communication: Communicate with government agencies on behalf of clients, including managing case filings and resolving case-related issues.
Case Preparation: Prepare and assist with business, employment-based, and family-based immigration cases, including petitions and supporting documentation.
Experience:
Must have prior experience in business immigration law.
Education:
A bachelor’s degree is required.

Compensation:
Salary and benefits will be discussed during the interview process and will be commensurate with experience.
