Job Duties: Perform comprehensive nutrition screenings and assessments. Develop and implement individualized Medical
Nutrition Therapy(MNT) plans. Document nutrition assessments, interventions, and outcomes within the electronic medical
record. Provide nutrition groups, education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers. Participate in facility-wide and
departmental Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives. Participate in multidisciplinary patient care rounds
and departmental meetings. Support staff development initiatives and contribute to improved clinical outcomes. Complete
Swallowing Screen as needed.
Minimum requirements, including licenses and certifications: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Clinical Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field from an accredited institution. AND Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential.
Salary commensurate with scope of work job experience
Proper footwear required to perform tasks in a safe manner.
Perform other reasonably related duties as required.
