Local Service and Support Company seeking a Quality Control Specialist.
Position Summary:
About us
As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be reporting directly to the Elections Manager. Quality Control Specialists are responsible for verifying accuracy, integrity, and quality of all programs for customer elections. These elections are on an individual municipal basis as well as State and Federal elections. Quality Control Specialists will be responsible for finding any and all issues, errors, or mistakes in newly created programs.
All Quality Control Specialists will be cross trained in all facets of the project including assistance to the Memory Card Coordinator, which includes tracking outgoing supplies and products to our customers as well as assistance in shipping all final jobs.
Responsibilities & Duties:
The Quality Control Specialist will be required to perform the following essential responsibilities:
- Verifying accuracy and quality of all programs for Imagecast products
- Organizing supplies
- Election Day help desk
- Purging past election programs
Qualifications:
As a Quality Control Specialist, you must be organized, hard-working, detail oriented, self-motivated, multitasker, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. You should have computer technical skills as the majority of our business is computer based. It is also important that you display excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
