Job Description:
*PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE*
- Perform appropriate duties and tasks as assigned by management may include providing 1:1 care services to clients.
- Provide supervision and guidance for residents during skill-building activities.
- Develop and implement individual progress notes for residents.
- Assist with daily living activities, including preparing meals and assisting with personal hygiene.
- Provide transportation (in company vehicle) to and from community outings and doctor appointments.
- Develop a rapport with residents and cultivate a safe and supportive relationship.
- Update resident case notes on a daily basis.
- Ensure an appropriate staff-to-client ratio at all times.
- Reliable transportation and personal cell phone is required.
- House manager and medication management experience preferred but not required.
- Education requirements:
- High School Diploma required; Associates welcome.
- Minimum 1 year of DSP and/or direct patient care/caregiver experience.
- Driver's license
- Ideal candidates will demonstrate that they are self-motivated, with a willingness to develop professionally and constantly apply new knowledge to their work.
Must be able to demonstrate the ability to exercise judgment and discretion, work effectively both as part of a team and individually, and carry out tasks according to plans.

- 12 hour shift (7am-7pm)(7pm-7am)
- Weekend availability
