Job Summary
Provides oversight of clinical flow (i.e. daily staffing requirements and staff performance as it relates to clinical flow & patient interactions). Additionally, assists in the recruitment, hiring and training of staff, and provides direct supervision to nursing.
Duties
Provides oversight promotes efficiency of clinical flow (i.e. daily staffing requirements and staff performance as it relates to clinical flow & patient interactions). Communicates pertinent activities to the program manager.
Assists in the hiring of new staff. Responsible for the supervision and evaluation of clinic staff performance; assists in orientation, training and staff development. Initiates disciplinary action when needed.
Participates in nursing activities to augment nursing staff including the provision of direct nursing care (i.e. treating patients, providing patient education, providing clinical support to providers).
Participates in Quality Assurance (QA) activities, Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives including chart audits, as well as educational, research, and grant related activities.
Monitors the electronic schedule to maximize patient volume.
Manages patient concerns and ensures customer satisfaction.
Supports the implementation of organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in reproductive health and previous nursing supervisory experience preferred.
Pay: $40.24 - $60.35 per hour
