We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused HVAC Dispatcher to coordinate service calls, support technicians, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, sound decision-making, and the ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication
Dispatch HVAC technicians efficiently based on skill set, availability, and urgency
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
Communicate clearly with technicians, management, and customers as needed
Make informed decisions that balance customer needs and technician efficiency
Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as necessary
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
Excellent customer service skills
Superior verbal and written communication abilities
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to handle stressful situations and heavy workloads
High level of pride in the quality of work produced
Previous dispatch or HVAC experience is a plus (but not required)
