Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join our team of over 130 pest professionals. The ideal candidate will have a background or interest in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping or agriculture, with the ability to operate various tools and equipment. A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites. Responsibilities
- This role involves inspecting structures to ensure they are free from wood destroying organisms and checking Sentricon bait stations which protect structures from termites
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify termite activity and damage
- Service Sentricon Bait stations around structures
- Operate vehicles safely to reach multiple job sites daily
- Use techniques and products in accordance with safety regulations and enviromental standards
- Maintain detailed records of inspections and follow-up recommendations
- Educate clients on termite prevention strategies and ongoing maintenance practices
- Possibility of completing mosquito jobs if the need arises
Experience
- Prior experience or training in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and land management equipment
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures related to chemical application and equipment operation
- Ability to operate vehicles safely and maintain a valid driver's license
- Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift moderate loads as required
- Willingness to learn new techniques related to pest control and propety maintenance
