Serenity Salt Spa is seeking a Part-time Licensed Esthetician to join our Salty Tribe!
Serenity Salt Spa is a holistic wellness center that provides whole-body healing services for adults and children. Our tranquil and relaxing atmosphere offers a drama-free environment to its clients and staff.
The hours for this position are: Tuesdays and Wednesdays - 10 am to 7 pm and occasional Saturdays. (With the option to work private parties and events).
As a Spa Esthetician, you are dependable, outgoing, compassionate, and willing to go above and beyond for each client. That's why we know that having a limited staff provides a personal one-on-one experience that clients adore!
The ideal candidate will be dependable, have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Position Schedule
- Tuesdays and Wednesdays 10 am - 7 pm
- Occasional Saturdays
- Occasional private event shifts will be available

Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, body scrubs, wraps, and waxing services.
- Perform body sculpting and non-invasive rejuvenation treatments.
- Provide expert advice on services and products
- Assisting with light administrative work and assisting clients with other spa services if vacancies are openings in the schedule..
- Support and promote spa products and merchandise
- Engage in social media management to promote services and showcase results, enhancing the spa's online presence.
- Spa cleanliness is an all-team responsibility; assist whenever necessary in any area of the spa to keep the spa neat and clean
- Assist with spa special events or activities outside your department
- Ability to build your own book within our spa and market yourself
- Be a Team Player - WE ALL HELP EACH OTHER
Qualificati
ons:
- Valid esthetician license
- Proven experience in skincare and aesthetic treatments
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong communication skills to educate clients on skincare and wellness
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on the latest beauty and wellness trends
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary spa setting
- Ability to multitask and prioritize client needs
- Knowledge of skin care products and their benefits
- Familiarity with scheduling software for scheduling and client management
- Experience in social media management for promoting services is desirable
