Quality Air Services is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping customers, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have experience coordinating schedules and managing high-volume calls, we'd love to hear from you.
As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers while supporting daily HVAC service operations, dispatching technicians, creating proposals, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do
Customer Service
- Answer inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume environment.
- Assist customers with scheduling, service requests, and general inquiries.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Provide information regarding HVAC services, pricing, and appointment availability.
Dispatch Coordination
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians for service calls and installations.
- Monitor technician schedules and make adjustments as needed.
- Communicate with field staff throughout the day to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate emergency and priority service requests.
Proposal & Sales Support
- Prepare and send service proposals and estimates.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to gather information for proposals.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending proposals and service opportunities.
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate customer records within ServiceTitan and company systems.
- Assist with billing inquiries, email correspondence, reporting, and scheduling.
- Support departmental projects and daily office operations.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
Preferred
- Experience in HVAC, home services, construction, plumbing, or a related industry.
- Experience with dispatching technicians.
- Experience using ServiceTitan or similar service management software.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour ($45,760 – $54,080 annually), depending on experience.
