Responsibilities:
- Service clientele in the treatment room
- Communicate effectively with staff and clients to ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for clients
- Dress professionally and in accordance with dress code
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
-Answer phone calls
-Booking and rescheduling clientele
-Answering client inquiries about services we provide
-Service clients in the treatment room
- Manage time effectively to help with spa duties (laundry flipping and folding, utensil washing, room flipping, checking in and out clientele)
-Sales focused to hit monthly individual sales goal
-Being punctual to each shift
Experience:
- Licensed Esthetician/Certified Lash Artist with demonstrated work history (2-3 years preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and clients
- Phone etiquette skills to handle client inquiries and appointments professionally
- A strong focus on customer service to ensure client satisfaction
