Pay & Benefits
- Pay package: $32-$36/hour ($66,560 - $74,880/year) based on experience
- Bonuses: Up to a $4,000 sign-on bonus ($2,000 after 60 days, $2,000 after 180 days)
- Mileage reimbursement for patient visits

What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home patient assessments for respiratory needs
- Provide clinical education on respiratory equipment and therapies
- Adjust ventilator settings based on physician instructions
- Troubleshoot advanced respiratory devices to ensure optimal function
- Support patients via phone follow-ups and troubleshooting
- Travel using your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed) within designated service areas
- Maintain compliance with respiratory safety and fit testing policies
What You Need
Required:
- Active RRT license and BLS certification
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Willingness to travel within service areas
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred:
- Experience in home healthcare or respiratory care at home
- Completion of an accredited respiratory care program
- Relevant clinical experience (minimum 1 year)
- Experience with ventilators, oxygen therapy, or sleep apnea equipment
