Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Litigation Paralegal! We're seeking a skilled professional to join our prominent litigation firm located in northwest Las Vegas (with easy access to the 215 and 95). With a minimum of three years of prior litigation and insurance defense experience, you'll be right at home here. Experience in premises liability, personal injury, or medical malpractice litigation is a plus.
As a Litigation Paralegal you'll play a pivotal role in our operations serving our clients. Your responsibilities will include calendaring, productions, written discovery, record retrieval, subpoenas, and assisting with trial preparation.
A solid grasp of the local rules for State (and Federal) court, along with arbitrations, can set you apart from other candidates – but we are also looking to build your skills with additional training and direction from our experienced staff and attorneys.

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
- Three years of experience working as a Paralegal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in conducting legal research using Westlaw or similar platforms
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
